1. Service
PPWR Docs is independent software that organises user-supplied packaging information and produces structured documentation files. It does not certify packaging, conduct laboratory testing, perform a conformity assessment, provide legal advice or guarantee market access.
2. User responsibility
The user is responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness and completeness of supplied information and files. The responsible manufacturer must determine applicable requirements, assess conformity, review generated documents and sign any EU Declaration of Conformity.
3. Packaging Dossier purchase
A €49 payment purchases one dossier for one packaging type. It is not automatically charged per product or SKU. Payment is processed by Stripe. Digital outputs become available only after verified payment confirmation.
4. Active Records subscription
Active Records is an optional €19.99 monthly account subscription. It enables editing, evidence updates and regeneration for purchased records. Cancellation ends future billing and changes purchased records to read-only; it does not invalidate prior downloads.
5. Retention and exports
Customers should download and independently retain purchased dossiers. PPWR Docs aims to keep purchased outputs retrievable under the published service policy, but does not promise regulatory archiving unless expressly agreed. Technical-documentation retention obligations remain the manufacturer’s responsibility.
6. Availability and liability
The service is provided with reasonable care but may be interrupted for maintenance or events outside reasonable control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PPWR Docs is not liable for decisions made from generated documentation or for user-supplied inaccuracies.
7. Refunds and cancellation
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer or business rights. Contact support@ppwrdocs.com regarding duplicate or technically failed purchases. Subscriptions can be cancelled before renewal through the billing portal.
8. Operator and contact
Service contact: support@ppwrdocs.com. The owner must insert the operating legal entity name, registered address, company number, VAT details and governing-law venue here before live payments are enabled.
